At Energía Activa, we work to ensure you receive your orders quickly, safely, and without complications. Below, you'll find all the information about our shipments within Spain, managed by the courier company TIPSA.

1. Order processing

  • We process and prepare orders within 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • When your order ships, you'll receive an email with the TIPSA tracking number.


2. Shipping and delivery times (TIPSA)

  • Free Shipping to Spain: 24–48 business hours.

  • Shipping to the Balearic Islands: 48–72 business hours. Cost: € 6.90

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by external factors (weather, holidays, logistical issues).

3. Shipping zones

We currently ship only within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside of Spain.

4. Incorrect addresses or absences

If TIPSA is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned.
In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer .

5. Follow-up

You will receive a TIPSA tracking number by email.
Check the status of your shipment at https://www.tip-sa.com/

6. Changes or cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and standard return conditions apply.
